SERVICE INFORMATION
Acceptable Use Policy
These rules explain what you may not upload or generate, how content is reviewed, and how to report a concern.
AI model information
Portrait generation uses OpenAI’s GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst. OpenAI is the model technology and licensing source. The service accesses image-generation capabilities through a secured server-side API integration. This disclosure does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this service.
Content standards
Do not upload, request, generate, keep, or share content in any of the following categories:
- Violent or graphic content: gore, mutilation, torture, executions, severe injury, cruelty, or imagery that celebrates or instructs real-world violence.
- Hate speech or hateful content: attacks, dehumanization, exclusion, slurs, or praise of violence directed at people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
- Sexual content or exploitation: nudity, explicit sexual activity, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized violence, or sexual exploitation. Images of children are prohibited in all circumstances.
- Harassment or threats: bullying, humiliation, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, or credible threats against a person or group.
- Impersonation or deception: misleading identity claims, fabricated evidence, fraud, scams, false endorsements, or deceptive portrayals presented as authentic events.
- Privacy, likeness, or intellectual-property violations: images used without the necessary ownership, permission, consent, publicity rights, privacy rights, or copyright authorization.
- Illegal or dangerous activity: content that facilitates crime, abuse, exploitation, controlled substances, weapons misuse, evasion of safeguards, or other unlawful conduct.
- Identification or sensitive inference: identifying a person from an image or inferring health, biometric, political, religious, sexual, or other sensitive personal traits.
- Abuse of the service: automated misuse, attempts to bypass safety controls, probing for vulnerabilities, account abuse, or interference with normal operation.
How content is reviewed
Before generation, submitted prompts are automatically screened and only requests that pass the safety decision enter the generation pipeline. Uploaded portraits are automatically checked before they are accepted as generation inputs. The image-generation service applies safety controls during processing, and generated results are automatically checked again before they are saved to private image history or shown to the user. A failed, blocked, or unavailable safety decision does not release unchecked content to the user.
Automated systems can make mistakes. We may place content under manual review after a user report, a safety signal, repeated violations, or an appeal. Review is limited to what is reasonably necessary to investigate the concern and enforce these rules.
Enforcement actions
Depending on severity and history, we may block an upload or prompt, withhold or remove a result, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve records required for investigation, or notify appropriate authorities when legally required. Credits reserved for a request that reaches a confirmed rejected or failed state are returned according to the service’s credit rules. Serious exploitation, credible threats, or repeated attempts to bypass safeguards may result in immediate action.
Reporting content
Email support@1980sphotoprompt.com with the subject “Content report.” Include the account email involved, the approximate request time, the relevant image-request identifier if available, the category of concern, and a clear explanation. Do not attach a private portrait unless support specifically asks for it through a verified channel.
We aim to acknowledge a complete report within two business days and provide an initial decision or a status update within seven business days. Credible threats, child-safety concerns, and other urgent risks are prioritized as soon as reasonably possible. Complex cases may take longer; if so, we will provide a further status update.
Appeals
If you believe a safety decision was incorrect, email the support address with the subject “Content decision appeal” and include the request details. Do not resubmit the same prohibited material or try to bypass the decision while an appeal is pending.
