Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of 1980s Photo Prompt, including portrait uploads, generated images, accounts, subscriptions, credit packs, and acceptable use.
Who may use the service
You must be an adult with the legal capacity to accept these terms. Do not submit images of children.
AI model information
Portrait generation uses OpenAI’s GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst. OpenAI is the model technology and licensing source. The service accesses image-generation capabilities through a secured server-side API integration. This disclosure does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Your account
Keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account and for providing accurate information.
Rights and consent for uploaded photos
By submitting an image, you confirm that you own it or have clear permission from every adult shown. Do not upload strangers, public figures, or material that violates copyright, privacy, likeness, or other rights.
Generated images and their limitations
Generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. Review facial details, context, marks, and suitability before using or sharing a result. Do not present a transformed image as authentic evidence.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for violent or graphic content, hate speech or hateful content, sexual content or exploitation, harassment or threats, impersonation or deception, privacy or likeness violations, unlawful activity, identification or sensitive-trait inference, automated abuse, security testing, or attempts to bypass restrictions. Credits
Credits are service units used to submit eligible image generations. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no cash redemption value. Credits are deducted only according to the quote shown before generation; credits reserved for a generation are returned when the request reaches a confirmed failure state.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Annual plans are charged yearly, while the included credits are added in monthly portions on the date corresponding to the subscription start date. Use the subscription management page linked from Billing to cancel renewal. Immediate plan changes offered on our Pricing page take effect after successful payment and grant the new plan's monthly credit allocation at that time. A monthly subscription may be switched to any annual plan. For other moves to a lower plan, cancel renewal, keep the current plan until its paid period ends, then subscribe again.
One-time credit packs
A credit-pack purchase is charged once and does not start a subscription. Pack size and price are shown before checkout.
Payments, taxes, and refunds
Checkout, applicable taxes, payment processing, and related payment support are handled by an authorized payment processor. Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital credit purchases are not refundable after credits have been used. Contact support@1980sphotoprompt.com for billing questions or to request review of an unused purchase.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable, changed, limited, or discontinued. Image requests can fail or be rejected, and processing time is not guaranteed.
Termination
Access may be suspended when necessary to protect users, rights holders, providers, or the service, or when these rules are violated.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided for creative use without a guarantee that a result will be accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the six months before the claim.
