Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is handled when you use 1980s Photo Prompt, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide
When you sign in, we receive basic account information from the sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. When you use the portrait tool, you provide an image, an editable prompt, and selected image settings.
How information is used
Account data is used to authenticate you and keep your private requests separate from other users. Portraits, prompts, and selected settings are used to process the image request, present the result, prevent duplicate charges, diagnose failures, and enforce safety rules.
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, image-processing, and payment services to operate the product. They receive only the information needed to perform their role. We do not sell uploaded portraits or use a public gallery to display them.
Payment information
Checkout and payment processing are handled securely by an authorized payment processor. We receive transaction identifiers, product, amount, currency, payment status, subscription status, and the email associated with the purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Analytics
We collect privacy-friendly, aggregate visit information such as page views, referrers, country, and device type without using it to identify you. Optional analytics may also use cookies to help us understand navigation and product usage. You can allow or decline optional analytics when the preference notice appears; your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing this site’s local storage.
Storage and retention
Reference uploads are normally removed within 24 hours. Generated results remain available in your private image history until you ask us to delete them. Account, payment, credit, security, and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may choose not to submit a portrait and may still copy the visible prompt. Request deletion from the Google account you use to sign in by emailing support@1980sphotoprompt.com. Download any result you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Security
We use account checks and private object storage controls intended to prevent one user from accessing another user’s images. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This portrait tool is intended for adults and must not be used with images of children.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current revision date will remain available on this page.
