Account access
Include the account email you use with Google sign-in and describe the access problem without sending a password, sign-in code, or secret.
Delete an upload or result
Email support@1980sphotoprompt.com from the Google account you use to sign in. Identify the image request you want removed, but do not attach the private portrait.
Privacy request
State whether you want access, correction, or deletion and provide enough information to verify the relevant account.
Copyright or likeness concern
Describe the work or person involved, the result at issue, your authority to report it, and the action requested.
Report unsafe content
Email support@1980sphotoprompt.com with the subject “Content report.” Include the approximate request time, the content category, and a clear explanation, but do not attach a private portrait unless support asks through a verified channel. We aim to acknowledge complete reports within two business days and provide an initial decision or status update within seven business days. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Generation problem
Include the approximate request time, selected style and frame, and the visible error message. Do not attach private portraits to an unverified contact channel.
